Front Porch Crows

It seems that the front porch has turned into the Halloween hang out for the local Crow Society.

They don't seem to mind that Ol' Man Hinges and T Bone join in the conversation.

Haunted House Tour anyone?

My daughter surprised me with this darling sign, I think it is the perfect touch!

A Skeleton's Best Friend

Meet T-Bone our new Halloween pet.

T-Bone and Ol' Man Hinges hang out on the front porch

and greet our guests all through the month of October.

Some say, they have been seen taking a midnight stroll under the light of the moon?

You can meet our other Halloween Pets Here if you please.

In the Library... with the Candlestick

I have been adding to my creepy Halloween book collection.

I love to use old worn books to embellish my Halloween décor.

I am always on the lookout for these literary treasures.

I think I love the hunt almost as much as the books themselves.

 The List of Musts:

1. Must be black or dark gray and hard back.

2. Must have a Spine Tingling Halloween Title.

3. Must be found cheap at a thrift store or yard sale.

The stack is becoming terrifyingly tall!

Back to School

What... How could it be time for school to start,

and when did these boys grow up?

I'm not sure how much longer it will be 'cool' to get a traditional first day of school surprise from your Mom...

I figured if it contained food I'd probably be alright.
