Bits of Christmas here and there litter the tops of my kitchen cabinets.
I thought I was so tricky when I figured out how to get my wreath to light up!
By drilling a small hole through the top of the cupboard above the microwave,
I could string the light strand through and plug it in to the same outlet that the microwave runs off.
I hid the cord with strategically placed burlap.
I love the soft glow it gives overlooking the kitchen.
Snow frosted pine cones and baskets filled with fresh cedar boughs,
sit among jars of shiny vintage ornaments.
Today I will be filling the kitchen with Country Christmas sounds
